Refund policy
We understand that certain circumstances can lead you to reevaluate the purchase decision. If you wish to return, exchange or cancel a product for any acceptable reason, Baccarats has set guidelines in place to help you with your claim.
Cancellation & Change
Some items in our store may be offered as a direct purchase and pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
-Direct Purchase
We should be able to change or cancel the order before it is shipped out. Reach us via email at support@baccarats.au for any change/ cancellation requests. Once the item is marked as shipped and a tracking number is provided, it will be considered a return request and cannot be cancelled.
-Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit or full payment at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order if the order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The basis for approval will be evaluated on the following conditions:

Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of receiving it.

The product should be unopened, unused and still in resalable condition. Original tags should still be attached (if any).

The packaging should also be in its original condition from delivery. All our products are sealed, and we expect that the seal is intact when you return the product.
*We will provide you with the return shipping label and 20% will be adjusted as restocking fees.
If the seal is opened or if the product is used, there will be a minimum of 30% restocking fee (This could increase depending on the level of usage).
Your return shipment will be inspected, and we will process the refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Please allow us two days to process the refund once we receive the product back*

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@baccarats.com.au.
Here are some tips to help facilitate an easier refund process:

You are responsible for any damage during transport caused by the use of unsuitable packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.

Always use a traceable method of delivery when returning the item. This is to avoid disputes and minimise the chances of a lost return parcel.
